Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Policy 📌 Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 95% charge of the scheduled service. 📌 Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you choose to rebook, a new deposit is required at the time of rescheduling. 📌 Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled on the same day, or no-shows, will be charged 95% of the service total. 📌 Failed Card on File: If your card on file fails at the time of a no-show, you must submit the 95% payment within one hour. Failure to do so will result in a ban from booking future appointments. 📌 Late Arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 25 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and charged 95% of the service total. Please understand that late arrivals impact the entire schedule and other clients’ time.
